very poor customer service

orderd on 6th Dec so plenty of time for xmas - or so I thought. Followed order tracking, parcel with carrier on 13th Dec. A week later still hadnt arrived, so started trying to call IWOOT to chase it up. Spent 3 days trying to get through on phone, tried different times of day etc but constantly got recorded message telling me they were experiencing high volume of calls so to call back or email customer services. I have now sent FOUR emails and have had no reply. In fact, ironically, the only contact I have had is the email asking for this review!!! SO, HOME GOAL IWOOT TEAM! All I needed to know was which carrier they had used so I could trace the order... its now xmas eve and i guess Im going to have to hit the shops to buy replacement items. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
