I was able to track my order from the House of Fraser and all was well until it arrived at Yodel's Service Centre Middleton on 14th December. No attempt to deliver it and tracking just says parcel delayed, having contacted yodelonline via twitter they tell me the depot can't find it. I've asked them to have another look as it must be somewhere or else what happens to these missing parcels?
They told me to reorder item but unfortunately it has now sold out!!
They must have really serious problems hence all the complaints
