Ordered stuff a week ago - tracking number emailed - Royal Mail have received the pre-advice of an item to be shipped to me but no item received by them. E5P says item collected on Friday probably a problem with tracking number - don't believe a word they say. As soon as Royal Mail collect parcel it is scanned and you can track it. Waited over 20 mins this morning to speak to someone now been on hold for another 20 mins waiting to speak to someone to cancel order. Hopeless customer service. Won't ever use this company again.
Just to update - if the customer service team try to fob you off with Royal Mail didn't look under the batch invoice that the driver signed - load of bull - the driver signs a form totalling the number of packages he picks up that day - called the "End of Day Return" each package is assigned its own unique tracking number - Royal Mail don't look under the end of day return to trace the pacakge - they like everyone else use the unique tracking number - so don't let them try to tell you Royal Mail aren't looking in the right place for information - the company is just trying to fob you off to get you off the phone.
