I hadn't ordered at the Hut for quite a while but I got a GBP 5 voucher on email so I thought why not. This is how a not very pleasant shopping experience started:
1) I used the vouched at the checkout but in the end it wasn't deduced. I tried contacting the customer service about this but after 3 not very helpful messages I decided it wasn't worth the hassle.
2) Some of the items to more than 2 weeks to arrive. Not sure with which company they were shipped but if they were actually dispatched 2 days after I paid, they would have arrived max 4 days after.
3) On item was faulty (big hole in one of the hoody's sleeves). Wouldn't have been a problem but by the time I got the faulty item and realised the fault the item was sold out so I couldn't get a replacement.
4) One of the items I ordered was simply not delivered and deleted from my order. When I asked why, I was told that the item is no longer available. Would have been nice to be informed about that and not have to ask...
