According to a Yodel announcement in April 2012
"Shoppers will receive email and SMS delivery updates as standard, including time slot advice and be able to track their parcel using a simplified, customer-friendly online service. Any additional queries can be answered by making a free call to Yodel's customer services, as the current charges are dropped."
Still waiting to see if my delivery, which has been rescheduled twice after a delivery attempt where no card was left (although they claim one was) will arrive today.
Why can't I select no stars!!
After waiting in for a third rescheduled delivery I managed to contact Yodel via twitter to be informed that depot has misplaced the package, why couldn't someone have told me before instead of just confiming rescheduled delivery date!
