This is a very unprofessional company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered my item from this company on 3/12/12 and the payment was taken from my Credit Card on the same date. It was to be a Christmas present for my husband. They claim it was shipped via Royal mail on 3/12/12 and said that it would take 7-10 days approx to arrive. Two weeks later as I had not received my goods, I phoned and e-mailed the company to be told that there could be delays and not to be concerned, As Christmas was approaching I again sent 5 more e-mails, none of which were answered. They did not reply to me or give me any customer satisfaction whatsoever. I tried to order the item elsewhere online only to be advised by the various websites that the could no longer guarantee a delivery by Christmas. I ordered the item online because I am unable to purchase it locally. It is now Christmas Eve and left without a gift. I will only use reputable companies like Amazon in the future.
