Faultless service, value and quality
Finally decided to give the online option a try - and really glad I did !
My prescription (strong varifocals with the all coatings) was costing me well over £500, so paying less than 50% of that was a well worthwile saving.
The home trial is a great idea, and very flexible too (although I found what I wanted with the first set sent to me). Placing the order was easy, and my confidence was increased with the intervention of a qualified optician actually speaking to me, to check a few details.
From eye test to receipt of new glasses was 13 days - and that included a day or so delay on my part, plus the home trial. So, faster and cheaper than the High Street, and no working round shop hours, driving into town, or partking either!
If the glasses last as well as High Street ones - and I see no reason to believe they will not - I will be back in a couple of years for the replacements!

Exceeded expectations!
Excellent customer service, with absolutely no issues. Fantastic equipment which, with the flexibility of options and the good advice, far surpasses any audio solution from the popular household retailers. Will definitely use Audio Express again - really impressed!
