Easy to use and fast delivery
Bought last minute ski goggles and gloves for my Dad's birthday - arrived within 48 hours of purchase and items of high quality. Would be good to have more accurate delivery dates i.e. 1, 2, 3+ days to deliver so I could plan when someone needed to be at home to receive.

Fast, flexible and reliable - even in the week before Christmas
After making a transaction, I found that the item had gone out of stock. I mailed 118golf and someone contacted me within the day to let me know when the item would be back in (the next day). They changed the delivery address for me with no problems and the item arrived on time and in great condition - very satisfied.
