I have used WAE 2 times, and twice i have waited over 35days or more i thought the first time was a one off, but how wrong i was.
ordered items on 14/12/12 as christmass gift, obviously they never arrived, very big upset indeed, it is now 7/1/13, and wae+ have just made FIRST contact since 14/12/12 with me Via email, 11am-ish, it reads,
"We are sincerely sorry for the delay caused with your order and can only apologize for the poor service received.
Unfortunately we have been updated that:
is no longer available due to issues with the manufacturers...and so on..""
i have now mailed wae+ and asked for a Refund 35 days later
lets see how long WAE+ take to give me my money back...
9/Jan/13: received mail from wae+ saying they will give me a refund, and it will take 3 to 5 days.........
