Poor presentation of product. Disgusted.

Simple ordering process with good product but the presentation was terrible. A ripped silver envelope with a pouch inside. The bracelet was weapped in cellophane. You wouldn't have thought there was a designer bracelet inside!!!
As a gift it looked cheap and like a fake I could have bought off a market stall. At minimum a box would have been more appropriate.
