My parcel from Jd sports is late by 5 days ordered on the 16th to be guarateed delivery by 21st December, it's now Xmas eve and no sign of parcel, , I called and called the customer service teams, and have been fobbed off by about 10 different advisors, from my item being dispatched, I was promised it would arrive I waited 4 hours outside my office for it, I waited all day for a manager to call me, I've numerous emails been sent with no response, and now they say there is no trace on my parcel since 19th dec. they keep,advising there is nothing they can do until hermes courier advises them where my parcel is which is disgusting,. 4 days and no word from courier. I'm out of pocket and will have a very dissapointed child tomorrow on Xmas day... Never ever use Jd sports... Disgusting service and attitude....
