I ordered a bathtub valve and a shower valve set at the end of November. One of the valves was sent with the wrong adapter. I sent photographs and a detailed explanation of the problem to Hudson Reed. After consultation with their "engineers" they sent the wrong replacement adapter. After several e-mails and more consultation with their "engineers" they insisted that I have everything I need. After more e-mails stating that I emphatically DO NOT have what I need, they told me, as a good will gesture, they would send another adapter. The second replacement adapter arrived, and it too is the wrong one. I will have to pay extra to get my plumber back to finish up, if I ever get the right part. I have also lost my place with the tile setter, as he can't wait and had to go on to another job. I don't know when I will be able to get back on his schedule. Customer service at Hudson Reed seems to be clueless about their own products.
