I originally ordered my memory a week before Christmas. Two days later it arrived. Unfortunately it did not appear to be compatible with my computer, although it fitted perfectly. A quick phone call to Mr Memory and an explanation to a very pleasant gentleman who said no problem. I will post to you today replacement memory identical to your original. I was given a returns No. and told to post the original memory back using a pre-paid post form. Again two days later replacement memory arrived. This was duly fitted and worked perfectly.
Bearing in mind the time of year the service was excellent and the manner in which I was dealt with, most polite. An excellent company. i would not hesitate to use them again.
