Have been usin p2go quite often recently , using the collect+ service at the local shop.
I booked a parcel delivery but realised that i had put the wrong address on it . I had to then rebook at another £5 cost to the correct address . I have now realised how impossible it is to get hold of someone. The live service was not working ??
How do you phone them ?? no number is given. How do you email them ?? No email address given and no internal emailing system that i could find.
This is extremely dissapointing to find out just for a refund. God knows what you have to do if a parcel went missing. After this fiasco i think i will have to look elsewhere to deliver my parcels . Although all my parcels have arrived at their destinations , this shows how much distance this company takes to steer clear of problems , and for this reason i have given it 1 star.
