I saw a Rick Stein programme about food in Sapin that ended with someone recommending stuffed baby aubergines. They did so with such passion that I thought I had to try and find them. Two clicks later and I found the Tapas Lunch Co, stuffed aubergines and so much more. As a result our Christmas day is starting with a whole range of Spanish Tapas - original, delicious and surprisingly affordable!!! Oh yes, and the delivery was next day, fully delivered, problem free.
