I ordered my items late November; Christmas delivery was guaranteed; I got a confirmation that my order was shipped December 6th. It is now December 24th and I do not have the items. What kind of delivery takes over 2 weeks??? I cannot get tracking info and now I do not have my gifts for Christmas morning...I would never have ordered from this site if I knew it would take so long. There were other places I could have ordered from. Next time I will.
