Good service online but delivery to wrong address!

Very happy with the online service but unfortunately the product was sent to my billing address as opposed to the shipping address as specified. I have therefore not received the product yet as I now have to arrange transportation of the product to the correct address. This is not only a pain but also means a delay in receiving the product., and therefore still can not put it to use!
