When I placed my order, some gifts were on special offer so i bought more than i would have done normally, i searhed each item against ebay to make sure i was getting a good deal, all the prices were the same or cheaper with IWOOT.
It was delivered within the estimated time given and was well packed, but there was an item missing, I hadn't been charged for it so checked my junk mail box and found an email saying i had cancelled an item (which i hadn't) it was a little dissapointing but i hadn't been charged for it, i wasn't however prepared to order it and pay p+p again, so just left it, but i guess if i didn't complain, they can't do anything to put it right!
