A faulty item replaced immediatly

The service from start to finish was fantastic. The products arrived on time and apart from a faulty tap, the quality and style were great. I always think that the test of how good a company is regarding after sales, is when an item is faulty and in my case BetterBathrooms score full marks with replacing a tap within a few days of my reporting it..
I can certainly recommend this company.
