First class sales, poor after sales and delivery

Travelled over to view the bathrooms from ireland as i wanted to make sure the quality was ok as the prices ere keen. Placed an order when i returned home. The order was placed on the 19th Nov. I knew one of the items was out of stock and due to a bath getting prepped for whirlpool fittings i agreed a delivery date after 15th dec. i got an email to say my goods were picked and out for delivery. When i received delivery all i got was 3 shower trays a bath and 2 sets of shower doors. I immediately phoned BB and was told i had got everything. The transport firm had nothing else in their warehouse. I phoned back to BB and got someone else who then said that the other pallet was in their warehouse. The next day i got a phone from the transport company who said they were at my house with another pallet, i had to take time from work again to go home and unload. When i checked it off there were now 3 items missing from my original order, but i did receive 4 bathroom suites as ordered. I phoned BB and they said they are now ready for despatch. I have since received an email to say that my time is up to check for damages on my order. My next delivery has the same order number on it and it contains glass shower doors and shower fittings. I hope they arrive in 1 piece because they probably will think they went with the 1st or 2nd delivery. In my opinion the products are first class as are the sales people. The after sales i don't think know exactly what is happening with orders as there must be a lack of communication. When they had nearly a month to pick my order surely it would have made sense to set the items aside as they have had to make 3 deliverys to ireland. It has cost BB money. Luckily my plumber is not ready to fit the bathrooms until January so the wait isn't really a problem for me, it's just the hastle of 3 deliveries.
