Chosen flowers not delivered, -refund wanted

I ordered Starlight flowers.. What arrived was a full blown azalea with a small fern in a basket. I suggest you do not use this florist again. I require a full refund. This was a special present to an elderly lady and when I asked her fort an honest description of what the flowers were like she described them as "very poor and could be bought for £3 somewhere else." This has deeply upset me and spoilt Christmas.
