Helpful and responsive
I was originally attracted to FFX by their competitive pricing but later I found it's the staff that makes it. This bunch of helpful and friendly guys run a slick operation. I had a bit of a hiccup with one order - item not quite as expected. I just dropped them an email. Minutes later I had a resolution, and within a couple of days I had the right product in my hand. No hassle, no fuss. I really recommend them.

Rang Lawson to stock-check a Makita charger. Within two rings I was greeted by a friendly voice. Questions answered, I went ahead and placed my order online as I was unable to find it cheaper elsewhere. 22 hours later the product was in my hands. This is what you call service.
