After reading the bad reviews i decided to get my item from the store instead of risking the internet site.
I think most of the bad ratings are more to do with the poorly rated delivery companies rather than Sports Direct.
If you would like to purchase an item do what i did - Go to the store and check the item before buying it, make sure it is in perfect condition and always purchase using a credit card for added protection.
I have found this Company to have the best and most reliable service that i have ever used. The tracking provided adds peace of mind that your parcel will get to its destination safe and secure. I have made the mistake of using poor performers like Hermes in the past but never again.
Collect+ is about the best delivery company around in my personal opinion.
It is no wonder they offer a cheaper service, my items got damaged using this service, the items i sent were very strong so they must have used a heavy lump hammer to smash them apart. It actually cost me more in trying to claim compensation than the price of the items that were damaged. Unlike Royalmail there is no freepost compensation Address.
I have found that this Company is very poor indeed, the surprising thing is that they are still in business, if you don't care for your customers you have no right being in business.
I have been using this website for over two years and i can can tell you that despite the dodgy name the items are have all been genuine,boxed and sealed.
Unlike other websites Cheapsmells only sell genuine fragrances that are exactly the same as you would get from any high street retailer.
From my personal experience i have no problems in recommending them!
I ordered an item from this company which was described as new however, my item arrived unboxed and used. So i checked the website and took a screen print of the advert to prove it was listed as new and sent it to their customer services as proof by recorded delivery. I received no response so i phoned them and when i told them about the false advertising they said i must be mistaken and about five minutes later the advert changed to an unboxed item in order to prove me to be a liar.
I eventually managed to get a partial refund but i would never trust this this company again, the customer service staff are very poorly trained and rude.
Take my advice use another company and don't be fooled by the good ratings on their website they don't allow a bad rating to appear on the website which should tell you all you need to know about this company.
Avoid them and stick with genuine companies instead!!
