Good service

We bought a Snuggle Legend Ortho 2000 but soon realised that was too firm. So, contacted mattressman through the chat (I loved this way) to make the exchange. All smoothly. The new mattress (Sleepeezee Backcare Ultimate 2000) is firm, but very comfortable. Not back pain at all. Happy with mattressman service.
