It took Lords far too long to discover that my order had been dispatched (I was not informed) and then lost. When I finally received the order it was minus one item, and three days before this was sent out. In total I was three weeks awaiting the full order.
Lords very apologetic, but Lords needs to have a system whereby the purchaser is informed when the order leaves (not when it is registered by the courier) so that "missing" orders can be identified quickly.
Used them before with no problem. Not convinced I will use them again.

Defniitely not one of our finer moments. After the first parcel had been mislaid by the couriers, we were definitely too slow in becoming aware of this and taking remedial action. We are really very sorry to have let you down on this occasion. Kind Regards - Lords Customer Services
