My delivery was supposed to be delivered on the 20th. It was "out for delivery" all day, but then returned to the depot for no reason. So OK, it is busy, and the delivery guy should not have to work after 9pm. The parcel was 'out for delivery" again on the 21st. I was in all day waiting. Nothing. At 11pm I check the tracking and it says "no one in to receive, card left" This didn't happen. No attempted delivery, no card. Not happy. 5 x calls to Yodel...no answer. Re booked delivery online for the 24th. Notification received that another "attempt" had been made on the 22nd...again, this did not happen. Phoned Yodel HQ on the 24th to check my parcel was coming today...no it was not. Phoned the depot...rang and rang. Drove to the depot, waited 20 mins, parcel collected! Yodel - You need to A) Employ reliable drivers, B) Employ more of them C) Answer your goddam phones D) Deliver on your promises. I will actively be avoiding online shops that use Yodel as they have proved to be completely useless!
