Didn't refund with wrong orders
When I made some mistakes in my orders, they didn't refund, even when they weren't already delivered!
Still waiting for refund!

Your placed 4 orders for the same product to 4 different addresses on Friday before christmas to be delivered on christmas eve.
We dispatched the orders and they were all the vans to be delivered on christmas eve when you contacted us.
We explained we could not cancel the order now but you could send back the orders for a refund.
We still are very confused are your reason for cancelling was that your browser remembered the wrong addresses and you did not know any of the people the products were getting delivered to.
I can understand this can happen once but the 4 orders were placed within half an hour of each other and it is impossible for this to happen.
We fulfilled the orders as promised and offered to refund if items were sent back but at midday on christmas eve we cannot get the goods back and refund its just impossible.
