I decided to make a photo book for my nephew as a Christmas present as a souvenir of a holiday he shared with us at Easter. I ordered the book in plenty of time before the Christmas cut off date, although found the software extremely cumbersome to use. Four days before Christmas my photo book arrived. I tore open the packaging with excitement. Imagine my shock when I discovered a photo book full of holiday photos of a baby. My nephew is 15! I telephoned Photoworld and spoke to the most unhelpful person who advised me that she would reorder my photo book but as it was after the cut off date there was no guarantee I would receive it before Christmas. I asked to speak to a manager but she said that was not possible. I asked for someone to call me back by 5 pm that day. I waited in for the phone call. There was no phone call. The following day I received a standard email apologising and telling me to send back the book (they don't want me to keep the evidence!) and crediting the value of the book back to me (I would rather have the book!) They also said I should receive the book by Christmas Eve. Today is Boxing Day and I am going to see my Nephew. I have no Christmas present to give to him. And rest assured Photoworld. I shall not be using you again.
