Lied to and decieved

On the 5th of December I purchased some goods to be delivered
These were dispatched from the supplier on the 11th via Parcel Force (Parcel Farce) with 24 hour express delivery.
1 week later I had not had any notification of attempted delivery
After many telephone calls and promises of being called back including being told that my package is loaded for delivery the item was still nowhere to be seen
My girlfriend happened to be off work from the 19th and again she made many calls to the depot holding the parcel only to be lied to spoken to with extreme rudeness
I myself was then able to visit the depot and guess what
the first person at the counter took my tracing number and printed a piece of paper then responded that my package had been delivered
I asked him politely to remain standing whilst I telephoned my home on loud speaker and told my girlfriend of his response
He became very embarassed and quickly disappeared
Then I was kept waiting for some time for another person to arrive and tell me they are having trouble accessing the the handheld singing device of the driver the information from the device cannot be downloaded
I responded If that is the case how could your previous colleague have made a statement that the parcel had been delivered
Clearly he was lying
Afer a 1 and a half hour wait a manager came to see me
Shee began to explain that the drivers hand held device was showing 60 packages taken from the depot and all 60 delivered
I asked if I could see who may have signed for my package
As I am sure you can see a pattern developing here now she was unable to do so
Again she dissapeared
after a further wait she appeared with a very small box with my name on it
I looked at the box and told her this is not the complete consignment
And clearly the box indocated that it was in itself part of 2 package item
I also reminded her that she herself told me all 60 packages taken by the driver had been delivered
So how can it be that part of my package was now with you
by this time I had now been kept waiting 2 hours
again she dissapeared
Only to return and report that they had never recieved the other part of the package
My response was how can your system check in a package and lable it part 2 of 2 if part 1 of 2 is not present
Can anyone see again a web of deciet here or am I missing something
I conclusion all Parcel Farce staff are trained liars who make no attempt to deliver any packages
If you have to speak to them they are rude
If you have to attend their depots they will lie to your face and very probably steal your items
this behavouir is clearly rife throughout the organisation and I challenge any of their staff to confront me and prove different
The last chain of in person events all took place on the 24th of december between 5 pm and 7 pm at the London Northwest Depot
Now some 14 days later I am still without my complete package
