Dino PC

Communication needs improvement.

PC arrived within just over two weeks since date of order, which was to be expected given the time of year. The system was packaged well, included all documentation, and works like a charm (my girlfriend can now play video games with me now, woo). If not for the below, I would have given 5 stars.

There's always room to improve, so I'll mention one minor issue; I contacted DinoPC twice during the waiting time for my PC, once by telephone and then by email, and both times the reply was fairly generic/scripted and didn't directly answer my question. My question was about a potential delivery date, and whilst I can understand not wanting to make false promises and/or say things that could be misinterpreted, it would be nice to receive a more thought-out response rather than a rehearsal of their FAQ's. Again, this is only minor, and save for this everything else was spot-on and I would recommend the company to anyone.
