Every single aspect of the transaction was a perfect example of what customer service should always be like.
Great product, superb price, unbeatable value.


Generally excellent service and prices .

Good advice given.
Only small glitch was the delay in telling me one of the clubs I'd ordered wasn't available.
Once this was sorted out service was exemplary.

poor customer service

Ordered door knobs anticipating 3 day delivery.
Finally arrived weeks later.
Little pro-active notice keeping me informed.
Tracking no. given when they were finally en-route was wrong so had no idea where in the system they were.
Postal charge to the Isle of Wight outrageous.
Most companyies delivery costs are the same as for the mainland
DIY TOOLS charged over £15 which wouldn't have been too bad if it hadn't taken weeks to deliver what I'd ordered.
No compensation offered for the delay, just a desultory , reluctant sorry.
Person in customer service on the one time I rang to find out what was happening was quite rude. I didn't bother phoning again as a result.
Probably quite good if they've got what you want in stock but there doesn't seem to be any way of knowing if they do.
In my experience there's better companies out there.
