product perfect but delivery nearly I week late and a paid for next day delivery.

I'm happy with the product but disappointed with the delivery service it was over a week late and I paid for next day delivery I understand it's Christmas but when

Hi there, I am very sorry you have not been completely satisfied with your experience of Toolstop. However, we did send your items out for next day delivery and attempted to deliver 3 times when you were out, we also left a card each time with instructions on how you could get your order redelivered or for you to uplift it. I understand you finally uplifted it. Once again, I am sorry you have seen this as bad customer service on our part but we have tried our best to fulfill in time
