Very slow from payment on line to delivery of goods.

Your web site is very user friendly and ordering was easy to do, the goods were first class but the wait from ordering and paying to delivery was painfully slow. When plumbing things go wrong in your house you are looking to repair it as quickly as possible but PlumbNation do not take this into account. As I had paid for the goods on line with a Debit card I saw no reason why there should be a hold up in delivery.
