just out to make money!!!!
after harsh p&p prices where reviewed i was more than happy to shop at this site, now the p&p (2nd class aswell) is over half the price of the product i am buying again!!!! and the product has gone up by over £1!!!!! i felt confident buying from this site after i received a reply to my last review saying they had adjusted the p&p for certain products. it appears that this site is just run to make money out of sick and ill people!! i will be looking elsewhere!!!!!

Thanks for your feedback on this. Our postal costs have always been very competitive and we have offered free shipping for orders over £40 for some time now.
Our shipping costs are completely transparent - there are no hidden costs.
However, for lower value orders we now offer free shipping too, which is 2nd Class Royal Mail. Unfortunately this came in, shortly after you placed your order.
