Unbeleivable greed by 4 companies concerned

I recently had to cancel a holiday that was booked with Cosmos through Co-oP travel because of a very serious illness. This holiday was cancelled at very short notice and as a consequence I lost all monies paid, and that included all supplements and taxes.
Because I was going to be away for 3 weeks I sent my books etc by post to the hotel. as that was cheaper than paying for excess baggage weight. This parcel was received by the hotel, and I emailed them asking them to send it back to me. They replied that it would cost me 15 euros for them to do so. I replied that in view that they had received payment for my cancelled 3 week stay the least they could do was to send it back at their expense. This they have refused to do, but did offer to hold onto it until I next booked at the hotel, In that email they also stated that COSMOS could not help in getting the parcel back to me.

WHY HAS THE HOLIDAY INDUSTRY BECOME SO VERY VERY GREEDY??????
THIS HOLIDAY COST ME NEARLY £750-00 AND AMONGST THOSE LISTED BELOW NOT ONE COULD DO THE DECENT THING AND ARRANGE FOR THE RETURN OF THIS PARCEL FOR A MISERLY 15 EUROS.
I am fortunately insured and will I hope get my money back. but for a miserly 15 euros I would have expected for the sake of customer relations some one along the line to have done some thing about getting my parcel back to me.

IF ANY PERSON FROM COSMOS DOES READ THIS THEN I HOPE THEY ACT UPON IT. THEY ALREADY HAVE ALL MY DETAILS ON THE INVOICE FOR NEARLY £750-00 SENT TO ME.
UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE HAD TO LEAVE A 1 STAR RATING.
EVEN THAT IS FAR TOO HIGH FOR THIS LEVEL OF GREED

Its me again and I am giving you the same reveiw that I have given Cosmos as the holiday was booked through Co-oP travel which you have taken over and since whose level of service has deteriorated since that take over.

LIARS IGNORANT DISCURTEOUS USELES RUDE AND A LOAD OF W's

I have been reasonably happy with Talk Talk upto now. Their broadband is OK for me but their phone service is appalling. My phone went down at about 16-00hrs on 17-12-12 and hoping that it was just a glitch I did not report it until the following day on a freinds phone. but In trying to do so I was cut off 3 times. I then managed with very great difficulty to report it via the talk talk web site. Very shortly after I got an aknowledgement by text and on 19-12-12 yet another text from talk talk told me that it would be fixed in 48 hours. That was the first of the lies. The second was when they stated on the website that my phone had been fixed on 24-12-12. I sent countless emails over a six day period only 2 of which were answered, and that was to tell me that talk talk would contact me in 24 hours. That was the third lie as I am still waiting for the first of those 2 contacts to be made, which should have been made last Thursday.
I have because of the atitude and inability of talk talk to do what I pay them to do not been unable to speak to my family over the Christmas period. I also have a number of elderly neighbours who rely on me and because my phone was out one of these people (84 years old) came to my door in a very agitated state because she thought that she had upset me because she was not able to contact me by phone and I had not replied to her calls. I had to ask her in and give her cup of tea and explain things to her. It was nerly an hour before she left after my convincing her that it was not my fault but talk talk's..
It now coming upto noon on 26-12-12 and I still do not have my phone.
It is 21-23 on 26-12-12 and I have again tried to contact them with nothing from them. I cant even re-report the fault. At least they have removed the lie claiming that the fault was resolved. Good of them. But I still I have no phone and no word from talk talk. I am going to bed but will keep you informed as to what happens, or should that be what does no happen in the next few day. This could turn out to be a very large tome. good night all sleep well.
Ah well it is 22 - 20hrs on 27-12-12 and another day without my phone has passed. I have tried it once or twice today but the crackling is still there but that is all. I did send another email but that like almost all the others went unanswered. No change there. I must go to bed now, so good night and sleep well.
While out shopping I heard my mobile tell me there was a text message and upon looking there was in deed one from "yes youve guessed who" telling me that they had dispatched a man to see to my to phone, and wonder opon wonder at 15-50 hrs on 28-12-12 on getting back from shopping there was a man getting ready to get up a ladder that was leaning against the telegraph pole. I asked this very nice man if he was here to see to my phone and would you believe it he said YES and.although I did not want to stop him getting on I offered him a cup of coffe to which said no thank you but I must get on. Had he not been driving I would willingly offered him a very large whisky At 16-20 he knocked on my door and came to check that all was well and after a few minutes more gave the wonderfull news that at last after 11 day I had got my phone back. Please accept my condolences all of you that as yet have not had yours fixed.
One thing I have learnt from this very sorry escapade is dont trust Talk Talk to get things done in any sort of hurry. I am now going to be looking for another internet and phone provider. Aitch

I have now tried over 30 time to register on talk talk's forum and even after 5 or 6 emails I still cant do so. Perhaps they are frightened that what I have to say may harm their reputation. Even when I request password reminder it tells me that my email address is not recognised. How stupid is that when I have sent them emails which they answer in the negative. Aitch.
More news on my progress. Or that should belack of progress.
I still have not been to get into the talk talk forum. A mark Davies has been in contact but all to no avail. After 6 more emails (3 either way) I have as requested by Mr davies sent an email containing screen shots of the windows that keep telling me that my email address in incorrect, but would you believe it I sent it 3 times and 3 times I got failure notifications. In the end I had to got back to an older email address and send it to there, and as they if you dont suceed try again, but 4th time licky is a bit much. I expect they have had so much negative feed back that they cant cope. PITY ON THE POOR LITTLE DARLINGS. I will give you all the good news as and when I get onto the forum, if I ever do. Aitch
