Easy to order, poor email response

ordered the blinds on a Saturday. I ordered three blinds in the 50mm Venetian wood slat. one blind was 1160 by 1200 and two were 1480 x 1600 to go side by side and they was 201 del. I was told they would be dispatched Monday for delivery the next day, however I only received the single blind.

I phoned on Wednesday and was told they had been split up by the courier and would be out for delivery and they finally Thursday. I have emailed then three times about the refund for the £10 fast track service but have had no response.

I would use them again as the quality is quite good for the price (I was quoted 345 for the same above product from a local company) but if your in a rush I wouldn't risk it.
