Delivery issues

Got items JUST in time for Christmas ! After being told there was a problem in one email then saying my order had been upgraded in another a couple of days after , then a couple of days after that only then they had sent it out :-/ Yes it's the Christmas rush but had ordered other items in the same time scale that arrived quicker with no issues .
