Thiefs!!!!

Ordered an ipad on 5th nov for a xmas present. its boxing day and no present for my daughter. Phone calls ( unable to get through) , emails and fax every day !!!!!! They keep asking me to fill a form in but dont send it!!! THE HUT RUINED MINE AND MY DAUGHTERS XMAS !
