Total disgrace trust me don't use!!!
Excellent at getting product out but that's about it. Very polite over the phone but all talk no action!! Taps leaked from day one, (though replacement valves were sent to be fair) replacing a product was torture waited 2 months for items to be collected, and waited over 2 months for a refund of items that had never even reached me!
They couldn't provide me with sink brackets for a sink purchased from them (as they were specialist brackets not standard ones) and it took me 2 weeks of calling them to find out who the manufacturer was so I could contact them for the brackets... Guess what?? It was only them!!! They manufactured a sink which was impossible to hang??!! Despicable!!! Ended up having to pay out to get brackets made from ironmongers just to save hassle as I had already been through enough torture dealing with them! Glad I never have to again, still waiting for a partial refund of some rubbish items returned, but for the sake of your own health and sanity AVOID this company at all costs!!!!

Excellent service wouldn't hesitate to buy from again
I ordered a basin a week before Christmas didn't expect to see it till way after the new year.. A few days and it arrived! Packed well, perfect condition, quality product, very competitive price AND free postage! What more could I ask for?! If your thinking of buying don't hesitate you won't be let down!
