I ATTEMPTED TO ORDER A HARMONICA, ITEM NO.29991 ON LINE AND FOR SOME REASON WHEN I PUT IN MY CARD DETAILS TO PAY FOR THE ITEM IT WOULD NOT PROCCESS MY PAYMENT. I THEN PHONED AND SPOKE WITH A FEMALE, AND I EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED. SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD TAKE THE ORDER ON THE PHONE AND SHE ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD NOT GET 2 ITEMS DELIVERED. !!!!!! SURPRISE,SURPRISE I NOW HAVE 2 HARMONICA,S---NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE ALSO BEEN CHARGED FOR 2 ITEMS PLUS THE POSTAGE ON BOTH. I WOULD NOW LIKE A FULL( INCLUDING THE POSTAGE ON THE 2ND ITEM) REFUND AND A PREPAID PADDED ENVELOPE TO SEND THE ITEM BACK TO MENKIND BUT EXPECT FULL PAYMENT FIRST AS I STRONGLY OBJECT TO THE SITUATION I FIND MYSELF IN. I LOOK FORWARD TO AN URGENT RESPONSE TO THIS---DEREK BARNES
