No customer service at all

Some items were delayed by 1 month !! So had to cancel & re order more expensive items with no discount . Been waiting for refund still not happened . Bad customer service , you can send emails no reply . However spoke to Tom who was fab & very helpful . Hopefully this may remind them a refund is due as promised before we take take matters further .
