fantastic price, quick delivery, good communication

Had previously ordered these RayBan sunglasses from another supplier(Smartbuy) but after waiting 7 weeks with nothing but empty promises cancelled and ordered with FashionEyewear. The sunglasses were also cheaper with FashionEyewear.

I placed my order on the 23rd January and received the sunglasses today, 1st February. Wish I had ordered with them first and my son would have had his Christmas present at Christmas.

I would recommend this site to anyone and would definitely use them again.

Non existent delivery and very poor customer care

Ordered 13th December, hopefully for Xmas present. Was e-mailed to say payment taken on 13th December, e-mail on 17th December to say item in stock and being dispatched to their warehouse facility.

No response since then until I e-mailed them 24th December, now being told not getting to their warehouse until 8th January, then they will be sent out to me. Also in e-mail that if I pay for express delivery I can get them quicker!!

UPDATE 19th January. Glasses still not arrived latest e-mail arrived today to inform me glasses which were in stock and due at their warehouse are now no longer and I do not have a delivery date !!!

UPDATE 23rd January
Cancelled my order today and ordered same sunglasses through another site FashionEyewear.co.uk, sunglasses delivered today 1st February. The sunglasses were also cheaper on this site

Will not use Smartbuy again and would never recommend to anyone

thank you for provided feedback. I completely understand your disappointed feelings.

It usually takes us 5-12 working days to process all orders as we have to order glasses from our Italian suppliers. Once we receive Stock availability confirmation from our Italian suppliers, our customers receive automatic notification saying that now we are waiting for the order to be shipped to our Distributor office. However, sometimes there are delays with the orders delivery due to brand's popularity / exclusivity or limited availability.

Our customer service team already provided you recent updates and options to resolve this matter and we are looking forward to hearing from you.
