Good service but poor product

I ordered 12 garden lights which arrived very promptly.
For the first night they operated as described, but since then, not a flicker.
I appreciate that it's winter with dull days, but hoped that they would charge sufficiently to give at least a short show. But it is not to be. Other lights I have can have the batteries removed for charging with a charger, but not these.
Overall, a disappointing purchase.

Hi Jim, sorry to hear about the issues with these lights. Many of our solar products are able to use rechargeable batteries, but without knowing which it is that you have, I cannot say in this instance. If you could please contact the office, we can replace them for you, or recommend an alternative that might suit your purpose better.
