Toolstop

Great product & price, let down by delivery

Good price & despatched promptly. However overnight delivery actually turned into 4 days! Not impressed with delivery company.

Hi there, I am very sorry you have not been completely satisfied with your experience of Toolstop. However, we did send your items out for next day delivery and attempted to deliver 2 times when you were out, we also left a card each time with instructions on how you could get your order redelivered. I understand you finally received it on day 4. Once again, I am sorry you have seen this as bad customer service on our part but we have tried our best to fulfill in time
