I ordered a 46 inch samsung TV, which was £150 cheaper than Currys. Although it showed up as in stock, it clearly wasn't because they couldn't fulfill the order.
What was really irritating was that it was impossible to get through on the phone for 4 days and they didn't respond to their instant message facility until the following day. I didn't find out until after l had rearranged my schedule for 4 days, and they hadn't turned up, that the order was not going to be fulfilled.
Once l reordered the TV things went like clockwork. But they are not good when things don't go right.
