Poor communication.

Ordered 2 power tools of a large set as gifts (amongst a good few hand tools). It turns out they had neither of the two power tools in stock.
They informed me of the first item on the 10th and the second item on the 12th. In the mean time I had already re ordered the first item elsewhere, and then I had to re order the second item elsewhere.
My main issue is, that if they had informed of both out of stock items at the same time, or at least on the same day, I could have reordered these items on one order, and saved quite a bit on postage.

Otherwise, it is an overall pleasant experience shopping here.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. We do pass on information regarding unobtainable items as soon as our suppliers let us know, so the reason for communicating this on different dates is that we wouldn't have been notified by our suppliers at the same time.
