i havent recieved anything yet, and its well past christmas now; updated

i havent received anything yet, and its well past christmas now. i ordered it with giving it to my wife in mind. how long does it take to get here. why wasnt i informed of any delay. is an email so difficult to provide an update if it takes too long. i can only rate it one star, because i have paid money and received thin air. i will be reversing the credit card charge shortly which will no doubt cause dramas with their merchant facility, perhaps leaving them with no credit card facilities at all, saving others like myself similar dramas. my suggestion to them is to pull your finger out of your ass and make sure that i know its on its way and thats it IS in fact on its way before i contact both paypal and my credit card facility ensuring that you spend the next month chasing them both to sort everything out, when you could have just sent a simple bloody email to me in the first place and shown some common business courtesy as well as common sense

i have since received an apology and my product which was exactly what they said it would be. my wife was delighted, but it was no longer a christmas present, more a random late gift. i am happy i bought this product, the only thing i can suggest is to NOT place the badge/brooch in the same package as the papers as it put a hole through all documents, having been pressed into them for a number of weeks while travelling here, including her certificate which was disappointing.
i will say however, i would do this again and may very well get one for myself and some close friends.

Sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. There has not been a delay in dispatching any of our items, which is the reason you have not received an email informing you of one. If you email our customer service team on sales@highlandtitles.com they can can provide you with a tracking code, if you selected that shipping method, or let you know what date this was dispatched. I'm afraid I am unable to give you that information now as you have not left your name or order number.
