never again, car had bust suspension leg on collection

upon returning to my car, the drivers side wheel was buckled and suspension leg had been snapped, IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO DRIVE BACK HOME, I had to get the AA to get me home back to Leeds, upon reporting the damage to the staff, I was told "oh thats just general wear and tear, sorry there's nothing we can do for you?

DISGUSTED - NO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS

Pay a little more and leave it in Heathrows own car parks and TAKE THE KEYS WITH YOU!!!!

This is a strange one. Neither ourselves or the car park concerned have had any discussions or complaints reported by this customer. We have a clear customer first policy when dealing with any issues and would recommend that this is followed.
