From what I can tell, the website and your service is very efficient however it has been badly let down by the courier used. Item was ordered next day delivery on the 19th of December on a next day delivery service. This left several delivery days before Christmas but despite repeated attempts to chase up the delivery, the item has still not arrived as at 27th December. Your staff have advised that the item should be delivered today which is obviously too late for Christmas. These items were supposed to be a stocking filler so it's not the end of the world that they didn't arrive but my expectations were not managed. If your chosen courier was likely to be unable to carry out their contract they should have advised of this sooner.
