Express delivery still means waiting nearly a week!
Paid the extra for express delivery and it was ample time before christmas and i still do not have my items and its a day after boxing day

Thanks for taking the time to write. We have looked into your order and it appears although it was shipped on time, it's possible either UK Mail didn’t collect it or your delivery was lost it. We have asked our warehouse to resend it. We are very sorry for any inconvenience and disappointment experienced.
